Banking at Your Fingertips
These days, you often do not have time to bank during “banker’s hours.” That‘s why Century Bank offers EZBanker. Any time of the day or night, the banking information you need most often is right at your fingertips.
With EZBanker and a touchtone phone, you can:
- Get up-to-date balances on loans, certificates of deposit, checking and savings accounts.
- Transfer funds between accounts.
- Review transaction history on your deposit accounts.
- Obtain payment information on a loan.
Have your account number handy. You can find it at the top right corner of your statement or at the bottom of your checks.
You will also need your Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you call, the PIN will be the last four digits of the social security number belonging to the primary account holder. You then will be instructed on changing your PIN to four digits that only you will know.

After the time and greeting, you will be asked to Press 1 for account information. Following this selection, you will now be able to access the Account and Loan Information Menu.
Selecting options one through seven from the Account and Loan Menu requires you to enter you account number followed by the (*) symbol. Next, you will be asked to enter your PIN code.
Account and Loan Menu:
- Press one for Checking
- Press two for Savings
- Press three for Certificates of Deposit
- Press four for Loans
- Press five to Change Your PIN Number
- Press six for Transfer of Funds
- Press seven for Request Loan Payment
- Press eight for Repeat
- Press nine for Previous
With EZBanker, you may choose from as many of the available selections as you like. When you are finished using the service, simply hang up the phone. It’s that easy to access your financial information 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
